Dark circles
Dark circles is a common skin issue that plagues most of us. The causes are varied and can be any of these:
Stress
Inadequate sleep
Excess eye rubbing
Excess screen time
Sun damage
Binge drinking
Smoking
Ageing
Dehydration
Medical problems
There are three obvious types, and you may have one or more of these types:
Pigmented- Dark pigmentation of the undereye skin
Vascular- Thin overlying skin with prominent blood vessels in the undereye area
Structural hollowness due to shape of the underlying bone

Some general measures to reduce your dark circles include:
Get a full night’s sleep, of atleast 7-8 hhours
Stop smoking
Drink in moderation if you must. Avoid binges at all costs.
Stay hydrated always and cut down on salt in your diet
Protect your eyes with protective sunglasses and use SPF on the surrounding skin.
Cut down on your screen time
Always remove your make up every night before you sleep
